Bullstrap is an International eCommerce company that specializes in making genuine leather accessories for Apple products and Fashion

ZERO. We started absolutely from scratch. We needed to implement everything.

Before working with them they had a hard time scaling and being profitable on:
• Facebook
• Google ( except the Google search ads who performed well)
The ROAS was below the target, clocking in at an average of around 1.6 and worsening since the iOS 14 update.
The solution
We created multiple personas and marketings angles according to them. The first few days we did an audit of what worked and which stages of the funnel need to be improved first. The TOF campaigns performed much worse than what the goal was. So we did 3 things to fix it:
• we established a creative process that could pump out the videos and image ads in bigger quantities that allowed us to do more testing than before.
• expanded the attribution window and more accurate tracking with UTMs and Hyros
• Determined what worked in the past and launched that with iterations
We also closely synced email marketing and paid social for maximum results.
